Sabbatical ------------------------------ cool
In case you haven't noticed, I haven't been updating very often. I have been taking a small break and just relaxing before school starts.
On Friday Julie and Brian came over and we had a grand ol' time watching TTT and playing Alice. Then on Saturday my Mom and I went shopping for school clothes. We only got about half done when the power in half of the stores went out (conveniently the few stores we had yet to visit were among those to lose power) so we had to cut our shopping expedition short. At least one good thing came of that-- there was three inches of water in the GAP... Hee hee...
So today we went back to the mall and got the rest of the shopping done (although I am hoping that I can hit the mall again this coming weekend with Julia or Fossil and do some extra-curricular shopping).
Yeah so anyway I went to dinner at my Mom's friend Elaine's house at like 6 and I just got home now... and now I'm just gonna surf the net, and maybe get some sleep, I'm supposed to (finally) hang up posters with Jewls tomorrow. Byebye

Ugh. It starts on Wednesday!
At least I just got my hair done... so I'll look nice for school, even if I won't enjoy it.

I think I'm also going to see Jeepers Creepers 2 tonight. The first one was hilarious, according to Julie and Brian, so I'm going with them. I think it will be fun.

Family vacation over. Gettysburg was definitely not the best vacation we've ever had, but it was my Dad's idea and he seemed to like it... so I guess it wasn't a total loss.
On Monday we left at 9am and we drove for 3 hours until we arrived at Gettysburg. I would really hate to live there because there's nothing to do, aside from tourist-y things like going to museums and stuff.
We checked into the B+B that we were staying at and went on a "Ghosts of Gettysburg" tour. Scary.... lol. Ironically, the ghost tour turned out to be extremely funny because our `guide' told such bad stories.
We got back to the B+B at like 10 and went to sleep... and in the morning we woke up late because the power in the whole area had gone out. Apparently squirrels had chewed through some power lines and that's why we lost power.
Then we drove around for a couple hours looking at memorials and then looked at some stores (I got a bonnet hehe) and finally we went home.
So that's the trip in review.
I bet you wish you came with us!!!
...not.
Anyhow... I got another letter from Eri (shes too sweet) so I need to write her back... also Julie and Brian and I need to do something!!!!! Soon!!!!! lol. Call me or IM me guys!

Yesterday I went school supply shopping. Now I'm all ready for school.... *sniffle*
I'm going on vacation tomorrow and I'm coming back (late) Tuesday. So don't expect any updates until Wednesday!

Today I was supposed to go out and hang up anti fur posters and stuff with Julia, but the plans fell through so I was stuck going to my aunts house with my brother and his friend. That part wasn't bad at all, but now they're both in my house in like the next room over and they are SO *%$*ing loud! ugh. I dont think I'll get any sleep tonight.... not that I usually do anyway....
But thats besides the point.
I may or may not tweak my site tonight. depends on how I'm feeling, which at the moment is not very happy at all.

So I've been really busy lately....
I've *almost* finalized a fall layout. I've been looking around for directions on how to upload .mp3's for download from my site... but A.) I can't find anything on it, but if you know anything about html and music files, please leave me a comment, and B.) I'm not sure that angelfire would even allow free downloads on their site domains or not, with all the lawsuits surrounding it and all.... oh well....
But even with out a theme song for my site I'm thinking that if I keep working it might even be up tonight. Maybe...
Um yeah... so what's been up lately.... well I went shopping with fossil on Wednesday (so no update) but good news-- I bought my back-to-school-first-day outfit! Yay. Also a quick note on that... I just have to mention that it was in Forever 21 (I don't remember why exactly we were in there lol) when Fossil coined her now famous phrase "That's a dress? It would look good as pants. That says a lot. It's things like that that make me really appreciate having Sam around lol. I'm just kidding Fossil. You know I love you.
Anyway, I still can't believe that there's LESS than two weeks until school starts! >.< So not cool! But I am looking foreword to seeing all my friends again. I will also get to see people who were previously not in the high school, like Brian, yay! Omg, that will be crazy...
So today I was at the beach and got home around 8:30... I'm just updating now... and I gtg work on the site... bye guys

Today was my first real day of summer- I say 'real' because I've had to get up and work every morning (excluding weekends) thus far.... but anyway.... I got to sleep in this morning for the first time and it felt GREAT!
I also went cello shopping once again (which makes time #4 for all of you out there who are keeping score) and I FINALLY found a cello! I had first seen it a few trips back and then I thought someone had bought it.... but then... I saw it today and we bought it on the spot. Now I am the proud owner of my very own $2700

Also.... I've gotten this new game at Otakon and I've finally gotten around to playing it. I have only one thing to say about it-- DEUS EX IS THE SHIT! Omg it is seriously the most pimpin game ever.... well besides KH and OOT. Common guys, I know where my true loyalties lie... but nevertheless Deus Ex is really cool.
Bad news too....No vaca with Sam in her beach house.... it was rented out.... *sigh*
Also: I'm working on matching fall style layouts for both JP Holiday and my journal. I know it's early and all, but expect them to be up by late August....
